Bring back rations books to stop people panic buying in bulk
To stop people buying in bulk panic buying people with on universal credit can't get food or toiletries and people with special dietary needs and the elderly can't buy food cause there is nothing left in supermarkets please bring back the ration books to limit what people can buy
People with special dietary needs and the elderly and people on low incomes can't buy anything cause there is nothing left in shops please please put a limit on what people can buy or issue rations book like ww2 thank you
