Freeze mortgage and rent payments for 3 months during the Covid - 19 outbreak
The UK government should put a package in place to freeze rent and mortgage payments for 90 days whilst we battle against the Covid-19 outbreak to minimise the damage to the economy potentially causing millions to lose the homes. And not being able to afford daily needed essentials to survive.
Many workers especially those who are self employed will be severely affected by the Covid - 19 outbreak. This will cause a substantial loss in earnings leaving house holds the inability to pay their rent or mortgage payments, by doing this they will have financial relief to be able to afford essential daily items. If this Dosent happen it is potentially highly likely that hundreds of thousands of people will become homeless if not millions.

We can't accept your petition because suspending payments for mortgages, and rent is a matter for individual lenders and landlords, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
