Everyone should be Entitled to Universal Credit in the Covid-19 Pandemic
Regardless of savings everyone should be entitled to Universal Credit should it be required. People who have saved over £16,000 are hard working tax payers who deserve to keep their savings.
Everyone should be entitled to Universal Credit should circumstances require it (rent, mortgage, council tax bills etc). You should not be penalised for working and saving hard prior to this pandemic.
