Rent holiday during the Covid-19 outbreak
People in the UK are about to face financial difficulty amid the Covid-19 crisis.
Many of us can't fall on savings due to high rents and therefore don't have a mortgate and are now likely to lose our homes.
Mortgage payers are about to recieve a 3 month holiday on payments, give renters the same
Mortgage payers are about to be given a rental holiday which is excellent news for people living in the homes they have bought.
However many renters are not able to work and have the same income issues as people with mortgages but as of yet given no support and likely to lose their homes if this doesn't change.
During the outbreak, whilst employment is being effected, I am urging you to consider a solution for renters and put in place a 3 month break in rental payments.

Suspending payments for rent, council tax, mortgages and utilities is a matter for individual landlords, councils, mortgage providers and utility providers, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
