Petition Details

The postponement of these reforms has come too late for many contractors. Those who are already using umbrella companies or have clients that won’t change their approach won’t benefit from the postponement of these reforms coming into force.

Additional Information

The Government has helped many sectors and businesses, and should help those who have been adversely affected by the planned IR35 reforms by allowing them to reclaim the extra tax they have paid as a result of the planned reforms.
