Implement rationing to curb bulk buying
The Covid-19 outbreak has caused bulk buying in shops, people are going without due to the behaviour of others.
Rationing worked during the second world war so now more than ever, we need to look after each other, especially those in the at risk group.
I started this petition to help the vulnerable, as a single parent of a 10 year old i have had to explain to him why we can't have certain food items. I've whitnessed people in shops with two or three trollies full of bulk items.
I hope the government takes serious action now
