The free bus passes for the elderly/disabled and vunerable should start earlier
Change the times of the free bus passes in the morning from 9:30am to earlier so the elderly, disabled and vunerable can take advantage of those shops that are opening earlier for them.
many people haven't got the means of transports to get their essential supplies.
