Freeze Student Loans Interest in the UK
The Department of Education and the Student Loan Company should freeze all interest applied on Student Loans starting from the month of March 2020.
As we've started to face increasingly more economic uncertainty as a result of the impact that Covid-19 is having on our communities, we ask that the Student Loan Company reduces interest rates to 0% on all existing loans. This is a measure that has already been applied by the United States and one that would definitely help ease the financial burden on early graduates in the upcoming months.
