Give students their Mock predicted Grades instead of doing the GCSE'S.
We want the government to cancel our GCSES/ALEVELS/UNI tests that are coming up. The reason for this is that it could increase the spread of COVID-19 not only to other students but also to the examiners and Invigilators. This could have a massive knock on effect and people are most likely be scared
to do the tests. This leads to people not concentrating well enough and not reaching their potential. The only logical thing to do is to give students their predicted grades as this is what teachers have predicted them to get for their GCES/ALEVELS/UNI. Also this would help them having to do it at another time as it could affect the curriculum for next year and could affect other years. If the Government does decide to do this it would help people self isolate to prevent the spread of the virus.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards and individual schools, and are not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament. You can read the decision made by exam boards on what will happen to exams here: www.gov.uk/government/news/further-details-on-exams-and-grades-announced
If you want the Government to review the decision to use previous data to calculate exam grades, you may wish to sign this petition: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/306773
As a result of the large numbers of petitions people have tried to start on this issue, and following a large number of questions it received from petitioners about exams, the Petitions Committee asked the Government about the impact of coronavirus on schools and exams.
