Petition Action

Requirement for a TV license to watch the BBC or use it's services be suspended.

Petition Details

During these extraordinary times where people are willingly or being forced to self isolate due to the Coronavirus suspend TV license requirement so that people who cannot afford a TV License can watch and use BBC services until such times as things return to normal.

Additional Information

During self isolation it will be harder for many people to pass the time and this will hopefully ease some frustration.
Now that the schools have closed the BBC can provide extra educational daytime programming for children so they don't fall behind.
