Recognise care and support workers as key health professionals on the frontline of health care.
Offering an annual salary with benefits to all.
Care and support workers need to be recognised more than ever as they are working in the frontline of protecting the elderly and vulnerable on a daily basis. They go to work 365 days of the year no matter the weather or what's going on in the UK as the elderly and vulnerable still need to be looked after.
