Make retailers rental holiday.
Shops are not going to close because of rent also there is no business. So closing them would be good idea and it would stop the Coronavirus from spreading
Make the small business close and make the retailers rental holiday so the can be closed so that will stop the corona virus from spreading

Suspending payments for rent, council tax, mortgages and utilities is a matter for individual landlords, councils, mortgage providers and utility providers, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
