Christopher Tappin
Christopher Tappin and others have been extradited to the USA without the opportunity to defend themselves in a British Court.
We would like:
1. A formal review of the UK-US Extradition Treaty, allowing for a thorough review of evidence before a British Court.
2. The Government to undertake concerted efforts to repatriate Mr Tappin and others in a similar plight.
3. The Government to make available whatever resources are necessary to ensure that people extradited under this treaty are afforded the same standard of justice and treatment as would be available were they accused of similar offences in the UK
