Make next year's exams easier; remove content or use predicted grades
The coronavirus will massively impact students learning. Whilst the attention has turned to Y11s and y13s, Year 12s and 10s, who will do their respective exams next year has been ignored. we suggest the exams including less content to take into account
what we have missed this year, or cancel them
Coronavirus is incredibly stressful for students and teacher alike. Many students will struggle to do work at home, and the work set at home cannot be that of the standards we would have in a classroom. Teachers will also stress as they are under pressure to provide for their students. The government cannot forget students who will be sitting their exams next year, who will actually be impacted more than the current Year 11s and 13s

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards and individual schools, not the UK Government or Parliament. You can read the decision made by exam boards on what will happen to exams here:

If you want the Government to review the decision to use previous data to calculate exam grades, you may wish to sign this petition:

As a result of the large numbers of petitions people have tried to start on this issue, and following a large number of questions it received from petitioners about exams, the Petitions Committee asked the Government about the impact of coronavirus on schools and exams.
