Make NHS staff tax exemp for hours worked over contracted hours during covid
I believe that during the coronavirus period, when the NHS is stretched and staff are working extra shifts/longer hours to help, the money for these extra shifts over their contracts hours should be tax free.
NHS staff need to feel valued when they are putting themselves and their families at risk for the benefit of others. While other workers are allowed to self iscolate and work from home, nhs cant and therefore their wages should reflect this.
