Independent English Parliament
The English population of the U.K should have an independent elected parliament to represent their interests and English national matters,
For the English not to have such a parliament when other member 'nations' of the U.K. have such independent representation and rights appears prejudicial to relative rights of the English making them subject to unfair intervention from the other member states with independent parliaments.
The lack of an independent elected English parliament raises equality and human rights issues for the English national.
