Create a national pool of essential delivery service drivers for the pandemic
Instruct heads of essential and non-essential commercial services to coordinate between themselves to restrict non essential delivery services and release the extra manpower that is generated from the non-essential service reatrictions for rapid training in the delivery of essential services.
To maintain adequate supply infrastructures for delivery of essential goods and services. Energy (petroleums) Food and Pharmacy / Medical supplies.
