Make HEALTH a priority over LOOKS in pedigree breed standards for dogs and cats

Additional Information

The breed standards for dogs (and cats) have resulted in substantial numbers of interbred, deformed, unhealthy, and distressed animals and we would like to see it law that health of the animal should be a breed requirement over aesthetics.
