"Petition to suspend student finance repayments, during the CV19 pandemic"
I would like them to suspend student finance repayments to help families where at least one person will have been affected by the Cv19 pandemic, through either reduced hours or enforced leave / isolation due to illness
Here is an example : I have had to stop my self employed Hairdressing business due to me having to isolate because of my asthma.
My husband wants to work more hours if he can, but the more hours he works the higher the repayments go to student finance. We are unable to claim Universal Credit because my husband earns to much. This would give some relief to the hard working people in the UK.
