Petition Action

Give front line healthcare workers evidence based PPE for Covid-19 exposure.

Petition Details

For Government to consider providing personal protective equipment (PPE) for front line NHS staff that are exposed to Covid-19. This PPE should scientifically researched for the use of respiratory droplets from coughing and sneezing at a distance of up to 1 metre. Staff should be completely safe.

Additional Information

I want to ensure all front line health care workers are protected from repeat exposure to Covid-19, to keep them safe, healthy and able to keep working on the front line to serve the great people of this nation.
I feel the current PPE is not recommended to absolutely protect staff exposed to people coughing and sneezing in their faces within a 1 metre distance. I believe given the enormity of this pandemic we should be leading the way in protecting our front line staff.
