House size measured in square meters
Houses should be measured by square meter not rooms, to avoid idiotic 3 bed room houses where every bedroom is like broom closet and get priced like 3 bedrooms.
Not rooms count, net square meter/ living space.
I guess it would drop also prices as every house in the UK is compared to Europe at least 1 bedroom overpriced. And it stops house builders making idiotic profits on our behalf.
