During the pandemic, ban the use of shopping trolleys in supermarkets.
To reduce bulk, panic buying and hoarding, shoppers should be limited to the amount of groceries they can carry in a shopping basket.
Currently there are sufficient food and home supplies for all to buy. The bulk buying of these items is causing shortages in supermarkets and a lack of availability for many people. The ability to purchase bulk amounts is also creating a black market and profiteering.
