Covid 19 Emergency Food Rationing To Stop Stockpiling
Due to the current situation of the covid 19 virus, people are stockpiling food making it impossible for some to find their basic needs. This can only be stopped by the government introducing rationing as was in WW11.
Only the Government have the authority to do this.
