Offer the Rates Relief Package to all Commercial Ratepayers from 1st April 2020
Grant 100% relief of Commercial Rates to assist all businesses in Scotland amid the Covid-19 outbreak. This should not be limited to hospitality, leisure and retail only.
To help businesses retain people in employment through a very difficult economic period which is unprecedented. An example of this would be that associated businesses who work in offices, warehouses or workshops but are still linked to the hospitality or leisure industry are not receiving any Rates Relief.
