Widen Coronavirus Business Support Grant eligibility
1, Extend Small Business grant to ALL sectors
2, Extend Small Business £10k grant immediately to businesses that do not have premises.
3, Extend 25k grant to include ALL small businesses operating from flexible offices, VAT registered, employ staff or have premises with rateable value up to £51K
There are thousands of small businesses that operate from serviced offices or flexible workspaces whose business rates are included in their rent are currently excluded for £25k grant
Eligibility of only ‘retail, hospitality and leisure’ is far too narrow scope and does not allow for many other greatly affected sectors
