Ration Food
Step in and stop the panic and bulk buying. Ration food so that everyone gets.
Too many people are still panic buying food, leaving nothing for others. Start rationing, stop the arrogant and inconsiderate people from stockpiling or buying and putting food in the car and returning to the store for more.
