Add coronavirus to business interruption insurance.
I would like the government to instruct insurance companies to add coronavirus to their policy. Businesses are needing to close and losing their incomes but insurance companys have stated coronavirus is not on their business interruption illness list.
To help save businesses and give them so security in these times of uncertainty. Businesses are struggling and unable to do what is best to protect themselves and employees as insurance companies will not cover them even though they have the business interruption cover as coronavirus is not listed.

The decision to pay out under a policy is one for individual insurance companies, not the UK Government or Parliament.
If you are unhappy with the decision of your insurer you should complain directly to them.
