Put a weekly cap on grocery shopping to control hoarding
Create a portal on gov.uk linked with NI number to let people buy weekly grocery voucher capped to a specific limit depending on their circumstances like family size
At present there is mindless hoarding happening which is putting vulnerable people at risk as they are not able to get access to basic necessities.
Strict measures need to be introduced so that everyone can buy the basic essential stuff in these tough times
