Stop panic buying by introducing a ration coupon system.
Selfish members of the population are not heeding the shopping advice given by the Government, and the responsible majority are suffering. It's time to get tough and introduce a coupon system to prevent selfish hoarding to the detriment of those who really need these items.
I have just returned from a major supermarket in a small town, which was like a visit to East Germany during the soviet communist regime. No milk, bread, tissue, tinned veg, frozen veg, paracetamol, flour....People are too selfish to listen to advice.As a result, in Britain, 2020, we are having to resort to cutting up newspaper to use in the toilet !
