Enforce sites like eBay etc. to remove sellers exploiting the COVID19 situation
I would like the Government to enforce sites such as eBay, Amazon or similar, to stop the sale of sought after items at inflated prices, by removing & blocking sellers, capping the buy now or final sale price, or blocking certain items from being listed at all.
These items are quickly selling out as soon as supermarkets, corner shops and other retailers open their doors, leaving some people unable to get the essentials they need, especially for babies. Certain people are stock piling items for financial gain forcing some desperate parents and people to go to these sites and pay up to triple the retail prices.
Items such as baby formula and food, nappies, paracetamol, hand sanitizer and wipes, toilet roll etc.
