Make GCSEs online due Covid-19
Make GCSE’s Online so students can still sit the qualifications they have been studying for and we can track results using government funding for schools so have IT software that would enable platforms to sit exams like university
The year 11 are currently unsure whether they will be sitting there exams or honouring predictive grades. They can sit the exams and adjustments can be made to grade boundaries but still be working toward the final goal.
The potential consequence of not requiring the standard will make it harder for those trying to study at A-level and university due to the fundamental stage being stripped out. Sitting GCSEs helps teenagers to be motivated to manage feedback by problem-solving.
