Suspend Central London Congestion Charge For Minicabs During Corona Epidemic
As all minicab drivers are self employed and they are severely affected during this difficult times because of reduced work and high expenses. I think during corona epidemic central London congestion charge should be suspended as this will save up to 11.50 a day which will help with expenses.
