This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

Suspending the Criminal Justice Act 1994 would make a number of changes to the law, including crimes relating to obscenity and the ways in which police evidence is obtained.

You could start a new petition calling for the law on trespass to be suspended, if that's what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
