Stop Bulk Bying at stores in time of crisis
Legislate to stop bulk (panic) buying and make mass profiteering in time if crisis a crrimnal offence
In the current crisis (pandemic) Supermarkets are being stripped bare by more able persons whilst vulnerable persons are left wanting
