Bring in a English business loans and grants scheme.
Bring in lower interest loans and grant scheme for businesses in England would allow English companies to raise capital an make investments buying from other UK companies. Scotland has Enterprise Scotland. Ireland has a similar body, Wales has a loan scheme, yet England has no such scheme, Companies have to go to banks. New companies find this even harder as they may not be able to get a loan.
