Government to help out charities who rely on donations and fundraising.
Help out charities who rely on donations and fundraising like the government are helpings businesses.
I volunteer for a children's charity for children with cancer and life changing illnesses, I know that everything is funded through fundraising and this has stopped due to the corona virus. Many charities are not government funded and solely rely on donations and fundraising but this has ceased due to the corona virus, Many families will suffer and these much needed charities cold collapse and leave vulnerable families devastated.
Let's get 10000 signatures so the government will listen.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Since you started your petition the Government has announced a £750 million package of support for charities, including grants for smaller charities.
