Include (cis) self employed people to the 80% pay throughout Covid-19
To include Construction industry scheme (cis) self employed contractors who have paid there tax already through the scheme to be included in 80% pay throughout Covid-19 virus if laid off from work.
Help out self employed people who work through the construction industry scheme (cis) that do not earn the same as businesses and do only work as labour only with there taxes paid by the temporary employer through the cis scheme at this hard time and down turn in work throughout the covid-19 outbreak

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
