Additional Information

I would like the government to make an amendment in relation to wound up or frozen pensions that would allow the recipient to take the benefit even if the amount is over the life time allowance. The funds should be taxed as an income.
The recipient should have another pension in place to provide for their future well being prior to receiving any benefit.
