make constituency boundaries the same as local authority boundaries

Additional Information

In the interest of co-ordinated
government the Parliamentary boundaries should be re-drawn to coincide with local authority boundaries and thus reducing the number of MP`s, and would better co-ordinated local and parliamentary representation. This would also significantly
reduce the cost of national government.
