Give self employed people the same support as employees - 80% of salary.
Give equivalent and fair support to the self employed during the outbreak by guaranteeing to pay 80% of their current salary up to a maximum of £2500 per month.
We all pay tax.
With access only to statutory sickness pay and some help from universal credit many livelihoods, households and careers are at risk of ruin.

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
