Implement ration books for all so everyone can get essential items.
With too many greedy selfish people emptying supermarket shelves of essential items, there needs to be a controlled allocation of items, so everyone can buy them.
Too many people are profiteering from items such as hand sanitizers, toilet rolls, frozen foods etc., that working people are always finding supermarket shelves empty when they can get out to do their shopping.
