Pay self-employed sole traders 80% of their usual wages if they have no work
The self-employed only have access to £94 a week statutory sick pay. This is not enough as many are now out work and have bills to pay just like the employed. They should have 80% of usual wages paid for. This should be tied to previous years earnings to a maximum of £2500

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
