Give frontline NHS staff proper and effective Personal Protective Equipment.
Frontline NHS staff are at massive risk of contracting Covid 19/Corona virus.
We're currently attending patients with suspected & confirmed C-19 with woefully inadequate PPE. In Italy health care workers are dying due to over exposure to the virus.
Don't hang us out to dry. Give us proper PPE.
Provide full and effective Personal Protective Equipment, stop playing with the lives and wellbeing of frontline staff by asking them to tend to patients wearing only a polythene apron and paper masks. People are going to die or become seriously ill, like our Italian colleagues.
We don't want praise or hollow words about "Heroes". We want proper PPE.
Requesision manufacturers to start making protective suits, respirators and other much needed equipment.
