Give frontline workers a bonus once we’re through the coronavirus pandemic
Once we’re through all of this, anyone who has put themselves in harms way to help the rest of us through the crisis should receive a bonus so that they can treat their families.
Without frontline NHS workers, supermarket staff, delivery drivers etc, the impact of the coronavirus crisis would have been significantly worse. The government has implemented financial measures to protect jobs etc - which is great. But what about those who worked through the crisis, putting themselves in harms way and being separated from their families? Let’s help repay them by giving them all a bonus so that they can treat their families.
