Equal rights for self-employed and pay due to coronavirus
Pay 80% of self-employed workers pay from our last year's tax calculations.
We want the government to pay us in equal measure as they have promised they will do for workers. If the government do not think workers can live of universal credit then why do they think self-employed people can live on this. There is no equality within this decision and you are segregating a very large community.

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
