Enable supermarkets to employ staff to make deliveries 24hr a day during covid19
No delivery slots available for the next month
To double the amount of deliveries able to be sent out at present. Also enable government local taxis / volunteers (with dbs check ?) to deliver also.

The recruitment of delivery drivers and provision of delivery slots is a matter for individual retailers.
