Ban use of supermarket trolleys to stop ease panic buying
To ban supermarkets from providing large trolleys to do shopping until current panic buying calms down
It will physically limit amount people can buy

This would be a decision for individual retailers, not the UK Government or Parliament. In any case, it could prevent people with disabilities, or frail and elderly people from being able to access groceries.
