Requisition all food from stockpilers and panic buyers & give to food banks etc
Identify all people who have bulk purchased food and grocery, requisition without compensation all but 5 days supply and distribute to food banks, people living below poverty line and the disabled and housebound
The conduct of so many ant-social members of the public has put at risk the stability of the supply chain and essential workers are unable to shop for their own staple products as they are too busy saving lives!
