Self employed to get 80% of income paid during coronavirus, up to £2,500 p.m.
Self employed need to have the same rights as employed workers during coronavirus outbreak. 80% of income from last year's self assessment, up to £2,500 per month.
Without these measures, many will struggle to feed themselves and their families through these unprecedented, difficult times. The rate of unemployment will be prove much more costly in the long term.

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
