Petition Action

Give the same financial support to Self Employed

Petition Details

To review the current offer. £94 and Universal Credit is an insult. Self Employed are equally as important to our economy. They pay taxes and NI like any small business. They should not be left financially struggling through no fault of their own.

Additional Information

Already Self Employed have had contracts cancelled leaving them with no foreseeable work. Many will have families to support as well as, mortgages, bills etc just like any other employee/small business who the government has been far more generous in their support. It is very unfair Self Employed should not be treated the same.
